Insurance Information: In an effort to provide optimal care to every patient we see without limits due to insurance reimbursement rates, River Mountain Eye Care is out of network with most insurances. At this time, we proudly accept Arkansas Medicaid or AR Kids. If you have any other medical insurance or vision plan, we are happy to see you as a self pay patient and will provide you with an itemized receipt that includes the appropriate codes for you to submit for reimbursement from your individual plan.
